Spencer Pratt Slams Audrina Patridge for Plastic Surgery Comments

In an appearance on Lopez Tonight, Audrina Patridge said her Hills costar Heidi Montag has “changed a bit” since having 10 plastic surgeries in one day.

“She got her child chiseled, her nose done again, her cheeks, boobs redone, lipo, butt job, I don’t know ten procedures…in one day…it’s a lot,” Patridge, 24, told host George Lopez.
