Jon Gosselin is reportedly set to fight for primary custody of his 8 children with ex-wife Kate Gosselin. According to Jon’s lawyer, the former reality star feels Kate is “an absentee mom.”
He allegedly plans to use Kate’s current stint on Dancing with the Stars as evidence that she does not spend enough time with the children.
