Hilary Duff says she was surprised when boyfriend Mike Comrie proposed in February while on vacation in Hawaii.
“I was pretty taken off guard,” the actress tells Ellen DeGeneres on her show Friday. “We had talked about it [marriage]. I thought maybe it would happen this summer.”
