Nicollette Sheridan is suing Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry, claiming he smacked her across the face and then fired her when she reported the incident to ABC.
The $20 million lawsuit was filed Monday in Los Angeles. In the documents, Sheridan says Cherry often behaved in “an extremely abusive and aggressive manner.”
Their problem started when Sheridan met privately with Cherry to “discuss his negative demeanor toward her and to discuss whether he had a problem with her work,” according to the lawsuit.
