Jesse James Lawyer: Nazi Picture Was a Joke

Jesse James’ lawyer, Joe Yanny, says the West Coast Choppers CEO posed like Adolf Hitler as a joke. The Nazi hat James is wearing in the picture was a gag gift from his Jewish godfather, according to Yanny.
