David Mills, Writer of ER and The Wire, Dies at 48

David Mills, writer and producer of hit TV shows like “ER,” “The Wire” and “Homicide,” has died. HBO confirmed Mills’ death in a statement to CNN.

"HBO is deeply saddened by the sudden loss of our dear friend and colleague David Mills. He was a gracious and humble man, and will be sorely missed by those who knew and loved him, as well as those who were aware of his immense talent,” the network said in a statement. Click here to read more

James Van Der Beek and Heather McComb have reached a divorce settlement. According court papers filed Monday, the Dawson’s Creek actor will pay McComb $7,750 per month for the next two-and-a-half years.
